I had done a lot of research looking for another can crusher

I had done a lot of research looking for another can crusher. I currently have a can ram that is about 15 years old and was looking
for something that could handle all the different sizes of cans that are currently on the market. The MasterCrush was the only
one that claimed to handle the big 24/25 oz cans and aluminum bottles. Mine was delivered today. I promptly fastened it to a
post on my deck (which is where the can ram has been for 15 years). Instead of using the supplied wood screws, I used 2 1/2"
#10 wood screws to make sure it won't come loose. Now I pick up cans off the road as well as from work and home. You get
all types of cans in all kinds of conditions. I had quite a few 24/25 oz cans stored up just waiting to try this. It does a fine job of
crushing these however I found that it was a little easier if you dented the side of the can, if you don't you run the risk of bending
some of the parts ( the 2 brackets at the top). With the 16 oz bottles you do have to dent the side and also remember to
remove the top. As far as the 16 oz and smaller cans, it will absolutely destroy them (down to about 1/2"). As far as crushing
plastic bottles I have only crushed 1 20 oz powerade bottle so far and it had no trouble with it.
To sum this up review if those brackets was beefed up just a little I would easily give it 5 stars, but as it is it is the only solution
to those big cans you might collect. I do believe it will last for quite some time as long as you don't do something crazy with it.
I recommend it, I don't think you will be disappointed with it.
Update 07/12/2014
After having used this for 2 1/2 months and crushing around 40lbs of cans with it, I feel an update is in
order. First I have had no problems.

If you're an ectomorph then you probably have skinny arms. These are what show when you're wearing a t-shirt, so it's natural that you'd want to work toward bigger arms. That said, I advise that you result a full workout plan, but read on if you want to work toward bigger arms.

The arm is made up of two original muscles - the biceps and the triceps. A lot of citizen think doing curls is going to make your arms huge. This couldn't be supplementary from the truth. It will help add mass to your arm, but it's foremost to note that the tricep makes up 2/3 of your arm. It is also the easier muscle to build up. You also have the option of construction up your forearm, which'll make the entire mass look bigger - this is even more overlooked than the tricep.

That doesn't mean you should neglect your biceps! In fact, I advise you work both and do so consistently.

The proper bicep curl is good, but it can be modified to gain even more mass. I advise doing incline bicep curls, where you sit in an inclined seat and do curls that way. You can also do hammer curls, which is where you hold the dumbbell perpendicular to the ground. These are fabulous because they also heavily work your forearm, so you're hitting both at once. Preacher curls are someone else great part that'll work the brachialis, which'll make the bridge between your upper arm and forearm larger.

For your triceps I advise close grip bench press, if you can get the form down. This is a fabulous exercise. What you do is go into the bench and grab the bar with 4-6 inches of space between your hands. Grip the bar tightly and lower it down to your chest - make sure you don't bring it to your stomach. Then push it back up. When you lower the bar you can flare your elbows out slightly. someone else good tricep workout are the tricep cable pulldowns. Cable exercises are good because there's all the time tension on the muscle, which means you're all the time getting a work out. I'd also advise skull crushers.

Your forearms will simply grow in size, but there are a few exercises that can help. The barbell reverse wrist curl is pretty good. You basically sit down and hold onto a barbell and then use your wrists to lift it up. You can find pictures by Googling the term. someone else good way to build up your biceps and your forearms is to do chin ups. These are the same as pull ups except your palms face you.

If you do do these exercises then you'll have big arms in no time.
